Service Agreement

By booking our moving services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include:

• Residential and commercial moving services
• Packing and unpacking services
• Storage solutions
• Professional cleaning services

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed in writing or verbally with our team
• Payment terms will be discussed during booking confirmation
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carries, or special handling

Insurance and Liability

Easy Movers Brisbane is fully insured for your peace of mind. We take utmost care in handling your belongings, however:

• Customers should declare high-value items during booking
• We recommend customers maintain their own insurance for valuable items
• Any damages must be reported immediately upon delivery
• Claims are subject to our insurance policy terms

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure clear access to pickup and delivery locations
• Provide accurate inventory and special requirements
• Be present or have an authorized representative during the move
• Inform us of any hazardous materials or items we cannot transport

Special discounts are available for students and pension cardholders. Please present valid identification upon completion of services.
